Jupiter, a neobank for young millennials, wanted to understand what made its customers tick. After a few uninspiring user interviews, we realised that getting them to open up about their money habits meant giving them something in return.
So we built the Jupiter Financial Personality Quiz. At the time, the Myers-Briggs Personality Test was still very popular. But wouldn’t it be great if the INTJs and ENTPs also knew what financial habits and traits were unique to them? Our quiz delivered just that. And in return, we not only received the insights we wanted, but also managed to build more hype for a bank that was really trying to do things differently.
