Behind the scenes

Infosys powers AI-first solutions for global airlines. And during the holiday season, the busiest travel season of the year, we wanted to spotlight the people who keep things moving: the unsung airline employees working behind the scenes.

The result was a heartwarming animated story told through the eyes of one such employee, who spends Christmas helping others reach home, empowered by Infosys’ AI tools that make every journey smoother. Along the way, we glimpse the personal moments he misses, until he’s surprised with a festive reunion of his own. The film was shared publicly and sent to clients as a year-end thank you. But it didn’t end there.

We also added a magical twist: an AR holiday card where the protagonist leaps out of the postcard and into the film, pulling you into the story like a personal guide.
